This design is modeled after the Vegvisir, as seen in the Huld Manuscript. This beautiful linocut print is hand printed upon Legion 9"x12" 100% Cotton Paper, using Speedball block printing ink creating a beautiful and unique piece of frameable art for your home or sacred space. As with our alter cloths, I use a linocut block carved in my shop
These galdrastafir (Icelandic Magical Staves) are said to help the user find his or her way by sea or land in harsh conditions, even when the road is not known.
In modern esoteric use, the Vegvisir is often used in a more metaphoric sense to help the user find his or her way on their spiritual path. For this reason it has become a popular choice as a spiritual tattoo.
This is a MADE TO ORDER work of art, and may take 3 to 5 days to process.
Each print will be carefully packed into a 10"x13" Eco Friendly Mailer to protect it. It will then be shipped to you via USPS.
